Great project by Scott – knowing what to cook and bake in it

Oven built by Scott from Oak Park, IL, US almost identically to the latest 3G MTo design from the Rado Hand’s oven building plans. With this project, only the minimally adjusted foot print to the unique area, then roof tiles were approached slightly differently, and Scott also attached a new clay pot chimney on the top which is more than beautiful.

Heavy masonry brick oven crane lifted for moving and transported using an one crane-truck option. From its original position, where it was constructed, the structure was lifted with the crane, loaded and truck driven to a new place where owners relocated to.

Wood oven made from old convict bricks

John from Newcastle in New South Wales built this classical wood fired brick oven from reused old convict clay bricks manufactured in Australia in 1800’s. He also reused an old railways sleeper metal spikes and metal switch wonderful for the characteristic decorations on his brick oven.
