Winter suckling pig roast from clay adobe oven
This clay mud adobe wood fired oven was built and for the first time used in the year 2007 form making a nice winter suckling pig roasts.

Description: This adobe oven i built in 2007. We use it every week for pizza, chicken, french and Grusinian food, lamb and for barbecue and fish. Because the uncomfortable cooking in winter, we plan to make an indoor oven this year.
Nearly 3 and a half hour I baked this suckling pig in my adobe oven. First time covered with foil, the last 30 minutes without. The suckling had 16kg and was a perfect meal for more than 20 persons. if you like, visit my page www.Lehmofengourmet.de
