How long can your oven maintain constant temp and heat?

Hi Rado, I purchased your cd awhile back and now I am planning to build the oven come spring time. i have a few questions, here is my first.
1. after a long firing, how long can your main oven on the CD keep heat and at what temp?
thanks and your an awesome masonry guy. how much experience do you have before building the oven on your CD? I may just start with a small brick bbq/grill project before something as complex as the brick oven.
