Well, on Saturday I got my first pizzas. I did much like you describe Richard. More wood, and moved the fire arounda bit while it was going. Got the entire oven white, which was probably even a bit too hot. Then, I let the fire die down a bit and made some great pizzas. Cooking the same again tonight. Going to try some bread leter on tonight as well, and some apple crisp.
