Hi Rado,
that turkey looks superperfect fantastic! I have some ideas for cooking lamb in red wine and rosemary. Then in the last 20 minutes throw some rosemary into coals to make a smokey affect with rosemary aroma to be present. Do not know how it will go, will just have to try it.

I was worried the black would affect the ovens cooking ability. Thanks for your wisdom.
