HI THERE. I ALWAYS USED OVENS WITH 115MM FIREBRICK HEIGHT AND WITH EXTRA 4 INCH SLAB UNDER. NO WORRIES THERE THIS WILL BAKE BEAUTIFULLY AND COOK PIZZAS PERFECTLY. THIS THICKNESS HOLDS THE HEAT VERY WELL AND REACHES CARBON BURN OFF TEMPERTURE IN LESS THAN 90 MUNUTES. THAT IS FULL HEAT UP IN AN OVEN WITH ROUGHLY 35" X 38" FLOOR INSIDE. CHEERS KEN
