Description: David built this 2m mud brick beehive oven to experiment with baking sourdough breads. Mudbricks are un stabilized clay (not fired in kilns as clay firebricks), therefore when touched inside pealing occurs. At the moment oven cools down rapidly so it still needs to be heat insulated.
