floor never stays hot

I built my wood fired oven according my own design. I can never get my oven floor to stay hot enough to properly cook pizza.

The cheese always melts before the underside is cooked. Can someone help? I can post all of my dimensions and how I designed my oven etc. so it can be seen and understood better because I buit my a bit differently as you guys.
