Anyone tried doing a Tandoori Chicken type recipe in a wood fired oven. Seems to me to be a reasonable thing to try. I realise the shape (of the oven) is different, but the concept of brick and fire is the same.
Be grateful top anyone who could help me cook something like what my local Indian restaurant serves me.
