Need Advise

Hi, I was wondering if any of you could give me some advise on gas burning oven, and where can I buy one. I am opening a restaurant in NYC and to get a permit for wood burning was impossible, so I am gonna have to accept the gas. I cannot find a supplier in the NY area that sells brick ovens. Any suggestions. Thanxs.
