You were spot on, the black soot in my oven went white hot... really good. cooked pizza and some pide. my friend and I think the pizza we cooked was the best we have ever had in our entire lives and we are not kidding. simple and fantastic.
next i want o cook a few legs of lamb and some breads for dinner this sunday. any hints or tips? i was thinking of buying a heavy duty travy, adding lamb, stock, wine and rosemary, cover with foil, cook 1-2 hours then roast without foil...
what do you think?
