NEED HELP

I have started building the backyard of my dream. The construction guy that I hired told me that he knew very well how to build a wood burning oven. He started yesterday and I realized he HAS NO IDEA. He has put block to form a rectangular shape on the ground with no slab. Put dirt inside this and poured a cement slab that should be the slab to support the oven. I asked him about insulation and mortar and he looks at me with the biggest blank on his face.
Is there somebody that can send me something in writing step by step with measurements? Please he is coming back this morning!
