Check out our site at Handy projects, lots of links to bread recipes - we have been cooking spelt sour dough and it turns out fantastic.
We then put a slow cooking casserole or roast or whole vegetables which then get blended into a soup, into the oven when it is cooling down and leave it for a few hours - fantastic results.
