Hi, Rado.

We have built the following:

On a concrete slab we have a wood storage area built from 6" concrete bolcks, with #4 rebars, and filled with concrete.
On top of that there is a concrete slab with #4 bars/mesh every 12 ". This was followed by a 6" dry sand base.

The next step is another 3" concrete slab, but it is recommended that we put down first Kraft paper on top of the sand (any plastic would melt). Is it really needed?

If you have any suggestions we would appreciate it.

Thanks.
