Pizza oven built in New Zealand

My fellow oven builders and chefs.

I finally got my pizza oven finished – I’ve attached a photo of it. As you’ll see, I used many different ideas from various sources including your fantastic CD for the firing firebrick part. The CD and forum on the website were great for answering questions that cropped up as I already worked on the oven.

We’ve fired the oven about 12 or 15 times and we’ve made lots of fantastic pizzas. Now I plan on making myself into the best baker and a pizza chef!

It might look simple to some, but it is beautiful to me. It certainly cooks!
