I like to start by saying that you have a very thorough information web site on bread ovens. Wonderful!
On the subject of clay, I am considering dry clay from a pottery supply shop. The plans for my oven comes from the Canadian magazine Harrowsmith Country Life (2004). Any comments on using dry clay to a build an outdoor oven?
