Title: Making pizza among the "wood fire red hot cinders".

Description: Er, this was hot atmosphere in the chamber, uh so hot (about twice of the "hot-chill" effect.) Someone had a thought that it might be a smart move to put in the dome 3 more then needed big firewood log pieces :)

Never mind. To start to cook pizzas we had to wait. On the other hand, how's that for the correct efficiency a wood fired pizza ovens should have?! (There had been ash stored from 4 previous firings in the oven as well, which is not a problem at all.)

All of us we were extremely hungry, and so we started to make pizzas. Pizzas didn't go too deep inside at the beginning and were done under 90 seconds. All the pizzas made were lovely as always and we had heaps of fun. In this kind of situation, once you concentrate on a gossip going on around instead of watching your pizza inside ... you might come up with too crispy outcome ;o)

Annette and Mike cooked chickens in the stored heat energy later in the evening. And still next morning they put in 5 kilos of halved tomatoes with herbs for drying.
