Title: This is very close to the best conditions in the dome

Description: At this stage the dome was almost great for cooking. Only a little bit still too hot but it didn't matter. Pizzas could go deeper in. This on the photo was about a 10th pizza. Large amount of embers continued to radiate lots of heat energy in the dome.

Nothing needs to be done with the fire for 2-3 hours for making quality pizzas. Then after those three hours you can keep it continuing with a small gentle fire simply kept ongoing to make pizzas, for making roasts, grills for as long as you like. Imagine, how big or how many large gas burners would have to be installed for equal fueling in the same rate as does this simple wood fire (plus after if all cools down you can bake or long time roast, in closed pots, for 5 hours in stable required temperature.) The fire was spreading the heat inside the chamber for some hours. All you could see was a quiet constantly raising heat from the red hot glowy matter inside the brick oven.

That day ~ 15 people were making individually their own pizzas. I lost count of how many were made and the atmosphere was fantastic for everyone who arrived.
