Description: The baguettes and pizza are mine and in my oven. I'm often asked how I get a baguette to stay in shape, the answer is to roll the formed dough in a flour dusted kitchen towel and let it rise that way until it's rolled out on a thin narrow peel and once unloaded in the oven to straighten it out with the edge of the peel.
