Culinary formula for pizza dough

For every 400 grams measure of flour of your pizza dough recipe, add one first cooked and then mashed potato.
Potato makes the dough nice, also like a sponge, you actually want to have achieved. You will see the remarkable improvement and lovely difference in taste as well.
