I'd like to add that if you use thinner material for arches it does not hurt at all, it can only help. In fact an arch put together out of thinner material is smoother looking on inside because is made out of more segments.
***On the cd down the documentation text all of these is described on how to make precise arches. Plus included is how to create wooden template/form to create best looking arches so every brick fits in place perfectly - also described is how to measure and make this template for ovens with any other internal cooking size 9larger or smaller), how to place bricks next to each other, how long is the string, how to mark the line or cut out the template and putting it together - pictures on all of this are included also so it's clear. Short reading on this subject explains the lot clearly. r
