Yes do 10 inch (254mm) entry as per the 63% oven internal vault height to entry height ratio. Exactly 10" (25.4cm) is shown on the low set Masterly Tail that sits on ground (it's on the MTo cdrom in separate folder.) If you do 11" (279.4mm) high entry in the tip of the entry arch the oven shows no difference in performance. If it was needed to place larger pot or lamb spit or made up rotisserie in etc. Thank you to Eugene for his earlier reply to your post so you had answers sooner. r
