Don't buy pelletized lime. Use hydrated lime - calcium hydroxide Ca(OH)2 , a soft white powder. Used in making mortar, cements, white wash, plaster, also called slaked lime or builders lime. Sold everywhere along cement, look in such places, builders use it a lot. It is also cheaper than cement and it's common product. Gardeners use it as well.
Pelletized lime has different active ingredients CaCO(3), MgCO(3).
