Help - smoke problem!

I have just finished building my own pizza oven. I did a test fire last night and the oven appear to get plenty of heat.

However all the smoke comes out the front door of the oven and not out of the chimney.

The chimney is up the front end of the oven and the fire is in the back.

The oven appears to draw air from both the door and chimney and pushes smoke out the door. the chimney cavity is a 20cm circle.
