Still I remain on the idea that there is a quite big difference between the floor with normal red bricks and the floor made with the BISCOTTO OF SORRENTO bricks. I think that the main difference is that in Italy we put the pizza directly on the bricks, while outside in USA or Australia you are using those metallic dishes. With those dishes it's Ok, but if you want to put the pizza on the floor, you need that and the oven size must be little bigger to allow hash to stay always VERY VERY VERY far from the pizzas.
