1. I placed turkey in the roasting dish

2. Oven was still a bit too hot so I had to wait for 30 minutes

3. Now is the time, turkey goes in for 4 hours roasting time

4. Right temperature is 180C - 356F to 190C - 375F

5. Taken out after 3 hours and 15 mins to be uncovered for the last 45 mins for browning

6. Results are stunning, nice color and brest or legs get done perfectly

7. At 8:20am next morning I did two 11 lb. - 5 Kg big turkey birds for neighbor's Christmas day
