Cook in heated oven most ideal at 180C or 356F for 40 minutes per 1Kg or 2.2 lb.. In conventional oven it can be 50 minutes! Add 20 or 30 minutes for turkey with stuffing. Approx. 45 minutes prior to the end of total cooking time remove cover from turkey, this is for nice browning and at this time smoking takes the effect too! When you uncover you can place some herbs on top, I use basil.
