What an awesome guide! I will be trying this as soon as I am able to find the green beans here in Austin Texas. I was very surprised at the lack of information regarding roasting coffee in these type of ovens. I own a commercial size oven, and was thinking of opening a coffee shop roasting coffee with this method.
