Wonderful oven with 8 position rotating switch
This beautifully built and elegant oven has installed a thermometer gauge with 8-position rotating switch, stainless steel tubes and several thermocouple probes fitted for measuring the temperature atmosphere inside its firebrick chamber. Inclusive are photographs showing how were the thermocouples positioned and constructed. Oven was built by Bill in New York. Notice the Christmas decorations witch includes also evening lights on this oven outside.

Oven built on smaller footprint
A new artistic field stone structure built in Canada in Ontario. Work by James. The slab for the oven happened to be smallish in surface originally therefore we built-up blocks at the back cascading style and made the top surface spacious enough.

Ground moisture insulation behind this oven
The oven building has been finished but Naeem still intends to apply a ground moisture insulation around both sides and at the back to stop water coming on.

Glass factory firebricks were used for building this oven
Quality industrial 40 percent alumina content firebricks from a glass factory were used for making the cooking part hot face inside this oven.

Solid clay bricks were used instead of firebricks
I also used a much cheaper end of lot homogeneous solid clay bricks instead of firebricks. These bricks I got have slightly different dimensions as you can see, not that it did matter much at all.

Pizza oven with fireplace and smoker
Here is a pizza oven (with fireplace and smoker system under one hood) built on a five acres wooded property lot plus a swimming pool. The structure has an interesting stainless steel metal roof.

Oven job with 4 slabs base
The base which this oven was placed on is created from 4 pieces of slabs. Steve makes pizzas, bakes bread or cooks more sophisticated dinners in his oven.

Another Community Oven Built in Minnesota
This is a new communal oven built. Mike has done already 2 community ovens plus another oven for his own use at home. In addition, Mike currently continues to be a building consultant of couple more oven projects for two different communities. Each of these ovens have the same extended roof as can be seen on this design.
