Steak photo in oven

Rado,
Here is a picture finishing off a flat iron steak in the oven. Slow cooked in the doorway while oven was heating up, then put it on a grill to brown the outside before making pizza.

We sliced the steak to put on a pizza with BBQ sauce instead of tomato sauce, and provolone cheese, then we put some salsa on it right before eating. The hot salsa with the sweet BBQ sauce is really good. Although the steak was so good everyone kept eating it plain, almost didn’t have enough for pizza. The other thing we like to do is cook baby back ribs once the oven cools off down to 250 F (250 degrees Fahrenheit = 121.1 C degrees Celsius), cook for a couple hours with some hickory chips for smoke, then wrap in foil for an hour with a little apple juice and they get steamed and really tender.

Thanks for all your help!
