Heat reflecting material
Another layer of heat reflective material. ( Overkill certainly, but Larry wanted to be sure the heat would remain in the oven, where it should be and not on the roof! ) Over-engineering can be positive and prosperous.

Great looking oven & series of photo’s for your project. Curious to know what the heat reflective materials are, both the underlining layer and the one being installed in this picture.
